INCERT’s Novento was used as the registration, access-management, and accreditation solution at the Spanish Presidency of the Council of the EU in the second half of 2023. This marks the 18th time that Novento has been used at the rotating Presidency.

EUDI Wallet’s root of trust is in The Architecture Reference Framework (ARF)’s Trusted Lists. These are based on cryptographic mechanisms well known for INCERT, which can ensure this trust; namely digital signatures.
